Santander (SANB11) anuncia distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de JCP no valor de R$ 2 bilh\u00f5es e divulga data de pagamento<\/h2>\n

O Santander (SANB11) comunicou a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento de juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio (JCP) no montante bruto de R$ 2 bilh\u00f5es aos seus acionistas, decis\u00e3o esta tomada pelo conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00faltima sexta-feira (10). O valor informado \u00e9 bruto e est\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0 dedu\u00e7\u00e3o de 15% de Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte (IRRF).<\/p>\n

Conforme o comunicado oficial, o banco espanhol pagar\u00e1 R$ 0,535873 por a\u00e7\u00e3o unit\u00e1ria (SANB11), que corresponde a um pacote formado por uma a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria e uma preferencial. Para os acionistas que det\u00eam a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias (SANB3) e preferenciais (SANB4), os valores ser\u00e3o, respectivamente, de R$ 0,255178 e R$ 0,280695 por a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Para ter direito ao recebimento dos juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio, os investidores dever\u00e3o manter as a\u00e7\u00f5es do Santander at\u00e9 o dia 21 de outubro, \u00faltima data para a compra com direito ao JCP. A partir do dia 22 de outubro, considerado a data ex-JCP, as a\u00e7\u00f5es negociadas n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o mais o direito ao provento.<\/p>\n

O pagamento dos juros est\u00e1 previsto para ocorrer em 7 de novembro, e o banco anunciar\u00e1 o desconto desse valor dos dividendos a serem calculados para o exerc\u00edcio fiscal de 2025.<\/p>\n
