A Valid Solu\u00e7\u00f5es anunciou que seu conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o aprovou o pagamento de juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio (JCP) no valor total de R$ 78,3 milh\u00f5es. Esse montante corresponde a R$ 1,00 por a\u00e7\u00e3o e ser\u00e1 considerado como parte do dividendo m\u00ednimo obrigat\u00f3rio referente ao ano de 2025.<\/p>\n

Considerando o total de 78.291.548 a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias atualmente em circula\u00e7\u00e3o, o valor por a\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 creditado aos acionistas, descontando as a\u00e7\u00f5es que a empresa mant\u00e9m em tesouraria.<\/p>\n
