Klabin firma acordo para cria\u00e7\u00e3o de nova SPE florestal no Paran\u00e1<\/h2>\n

A Klabin (KLBN11) anunciou nesta quarta-feira a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova sociedade de prop\u00f3sito espec\u00edfico (SPE) voltada para opera\u00e7\u00f5es florestais na regi\u00e3o do Paran\u00e1, onde ir\u00e1 aportar cerca de 15 mil hectares de terras produtivas.<\/p>\n

Embora a companhia n\u00e3o tenha divulgado os parceiros envolvidos nessa nova SPE, foi informado que a entidade ser\u00e1 controlada integralmente pela Klabin e contar\u00e1 com um aporte correspondente a R$ 300 milh\u00f5es em caixa no momento do fechamento da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, previsto para ocorrer at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo trimestre deste ano.<\/p>\n

No comunicado oficial, a empresa destacou que essa iniciativa refor\u00e7a seu compromisso com a disciplina na gest\u00e3o da aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de capital, a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da alavancagem financeira e a melhoria da rentabilidade sobre o capital investido (ROIC).<\/p>\n
